Philosophy:
1) Healthy living means many things to many people. The idea is to try to move your body more and sit less. The idea is to eat more 'good' food and less 'bad' food. Move more and eat less to care for the physical body.
2) Caring for the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. The emphasis is on caring for the temple not worshiping the temple.
3) A well cared for physical body has more energy to serve God.
4) Teaming up with others to be active/healthy can build our bodies and build our relationships.
5) Inviting non-Christians to your physical activity may allow them to see Christ be spiritually active.
