Regathering Guidelines

Our current schedule and format has been modified so that we can keep each other and our community safe. Here’s what you can expect:

  • We will limit numbers at each service to ensure social-distancing. To join us, you’ll need to reserve your spot. You can do that here.
  • At the door, we’ll ask you 3 screening questions.
    1. Have you had a fever in the past 48 hours?
    2. Have you been in contact with anyone who has or potentially has COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?
    3. Are you ready to worship Jesus?
  • If you answer “Yes” to either of the first two questions, we ask you to worship with us ONLINE, not onsite.
  • Masks are required, and will be provided to those who do not have one.
  • We are aiming for a “touchless” environment. Instead of shaking hands or hugging, please wave to one another.  Although you may be comfortable with contact, someone else may not be. Out of respect, let’s all practice “touchless” greetings.
  • On your way into worship services, you can pick up individualized communion packets. On your way out you can drop off your contribution in boxes in the back or give online at
  • Chairs are positioned 6 feet apart in our worship space—in clusters—to allow households to sit together. Please maintain 6 feet of social distance from others while you are inside.
  • At first, we will not be offering “Kingdom Kids,” nursery, or Sunday School classes.
  • We will do a staggered dismissal at the end of service, to reduce congestion at the doors. Please move outside to catch-up with friends and church family.
  • Per the Tennessee Governor’s recommendations, we encourage any who are vulnerable to continue to worship with us online. Tennessee defines “vulnerable” as: everyone 65 years and older, people with disabilities, people with serious respiratory or cardiovascular conditions, and people who are immunocompromised.
