Youth Ministry — Donnie Stover

Help create an atmosphere of acceptance and belonging for teenagers as they grow in Christ and learn what it means to follow Him.

1. Set-up/take down team
   • arrive early (8:15am) to Huddles on Sunday am to get rooms ready
   • arrive early (5:00pm) to the Rising on Wednesdays and setup chairs, signs, equipment
   • etc.- take it down afterwards as needed
2. A/V- run sound, lights, and/or ProPresenter
   • the Rising on Wednesday nights
   • special events like retreats, Girls conference, Workcamp, and camp
   • take pictures and/or video at events
3. Huddles- Sunday am Bible class leader
4. Rising- hang out with students on Wednesday nights, clean, serve food, take out trash
5. Chaperone events/trips- Winterfest, Retreats, Workcamp, Camp, Mission trips
6. Food
   • cook for big events like the Rising and Ocoee retreat
   • serve food at events like the Rising and Workcamp
7. Drive the bus for trips as needed- no CDL required
8. Girls Conference- (January) setup, decorate, provide giveaways, run A/V
9. Mentor a teen
10. Ocoee Rafting Retreat – take a small group up early to set up the camp sites
11. Worship- lead worship at the Rising and other events
